The "Soldiers of Scotland" displays have been running at the Capital District Scottish Games for about 15 years now. They were the brainchild of Mike Kelley, a Military Historian, ex-Marine Aviator, and lover of all things British. The idea was to present a time line of Scottish Soldiers from as many periods of history as possible. We always had plenty of 18th and 20th Century re-enactors, but few 19th Century... so here was the excuse needed to start a new kit.
